Starting a return

Once your order is delivered, open it from Your orders and choose Request a return. Tell us what's wrong and we'll arrange the next step with you.

Refunds go back to the card, UPI or bank account you paid with.

Ask us before you send anything back — we'd rather sort it out quickly.
