A ticket you can follow
Every machine is logged against a ticket before it leaves the counter. The link arrives on WhatsApp and shows where the job has got to — received, diagnosed, waiting on a part, ready — without ringing to ask.
Board-level work
Screens, batteries, hinges, SSDs and the chip-level repairs most counters send away. If it cannot be saved we say so before the work starts, not after.
